Rotten Tomatoes Rating : 84%

Leonard says in his review : "Effective but sensationalistic horror piece on the coming of the 'Antichrist'.." He goes on to say : "Discreet use of gore and a now famous decapitation scene, for those who like that kind of thing."

The three movies that scared me the most were Jaws, The Exorcist and The Omen. I'm not a big horror fan, but I thought this one was very well done. Believable? Probably not, but this is not the kind of movie that you want to watch by yourself for the first time late at night.

There are some pretty creepy scenes in this movie, including one where Damien's maid hangs herself. This is not for the squeamish.

It stars Gregory Peck and Lee Remick, which makes it a little different for this kind of movie. If you like horror, this is one of the best.
